Hong Chen

Hong Chen is an associate attorney at the law office of Grayson & Grayson, where she handles complex civil litigation including trial and appeal, administrative hearing, professional licensing and medical marijuana cases. She has experience in administrative law, healthcare regulatory compliance and employment law. She advises both private and public entities on general compliance matters, including professional regulation, medical marijuana, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, open records, and other civil matters.

Before joining Grayson and Grayson, Hong Chen worked as Associate General Counsel for the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts for five years. She received her law degree (Juris Doctor) from the Washington University in St. Louis, where she was awarded Scholar in Merit Scholarship for three consecutive years. During law school, she interned at the Federal Public Defender’s Office in East Louis, the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and the Missouri Secretary of State’s office.

Hong Chen was admitted to the New York Bar in January 2015 and the Missouri Bar July 2015. She is married to a Jefferson City native and has been living in mid-west since 2011.
