S. Matthew Grayson

Since being admitted to the bar in 2004, Matt Grayson has litigated cases in Circuit Courts all over the states of Missouri and Oklahoma – representing people, families, and small businesses. He has handled appeals at the Appellate Court level in both Missouri and Oklahoma and handled cases before the Missouri Supreme Court. Additionally, he has appeared before numerous Workers’ Compensation Courts and the Administrative Hearing Commission.

Matt is involved in professional organizations including the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Inn of Courts, Cole County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Matt participates in the Samaritan Center Legal Care Program, served as a city councilmember, and enjoys coaching youth sports. He served as the President of the Cole County Bar Association in 2017. In 2011, he participated in the Agricultural Leadership of Tomorrow Foundation, a group focusing on rural development and issues affecting rural Missourians.

He was born in Rolla, Missouri and was raised on a cattle farm near Steelville, Missouri. He attended Culver-Stockton College where he received his degree in Education 2000. He obtained his law degree from Oklahoma City University and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2004 and the Missouri Bar in 2005.
